Welcome to D&I Fitness New Jersey, an extension of its Manhattan brand, the New Jersey site provides the clean, industrial look of the city while maintaining the intimate, nostalgic air that South Orange is known for. With its flexible class schedule and after-school programs for kids, the new location will strive to serve all of the fitness needs of our local community.
Classes offered will include Thai Tykes and Thai Teens: instruction geared toward younger generations; Morning Thai and Kick Start: classes specially designed to energize your day; and Thai Takeout: an express class that combines Muay Thai with Strength and Conditioning, created to fit intoeven the busiest schedule.
